| I have been reading quite a bit lately on the concept that we are just over-thinking our health and nutrition. It seems to make sense. The idea is that evolution built up our bodies to perform best using what nature naturally provides. Only in the past 75 years have we altered the natural foods and processed them into the frozen, packaged or canned concoctions we find at the supermarket or eat at the local fast food restaurant.
